Web Policy

• Minimum orders are $35. A less than minimum order charge will be applied for orders falling below the minimum.
• Credit card orders will be authorized at the time of order placement and billed after shipment.
• All pricing is subject to change. Notification will be made to the buyer if prices are higher than the published price on the website. No product will be shipped or invoiced until new prices are agreed upon. Notification is not necessary if prices are lower.
• Contact will be made with the buyer for out of stock or discontinued items. Lead times and alternate products will be offered.
• All content on this website is property of Hybroco Sales, Inc. and its affiliates. Information is not to be used or shared without written consent.
• All orders are F.O.B. shipping point. Freight will be prepaid and added to the invoice unless collect shipping instructions have been received. Orders will ship via UPS or other common carrier, whichever is least expensive or required due to the nature of the product.
• No material may be returned without first obtaining written permission (RMA) from the seller. Authorized returns are subject to a minimum 25% ($75 minimum) restock charge and all associated freight charges. Non-standard items, as defined by seller, are not returnable.
